 Made in small batches in Sonoma County, California, we ensure that every single caramel meets our high UGAR HOUSE standard. All of our candy is made to order with the finest ingredients in small batches and lovingly cut and wrapped by hand!

We've heard from our customers that it's hard to keep our caramels from getting eaten within a couple days of delivery! If you miraculously don't plan on eating them all in one sitting,   

Store caramels in a cool dark place away from any moisture, they are shelf stable for 2-3 weeks. After that time, you might experience a change in texture as our candy is hand-crafted in small batches, without preservatives or stabilizers. To keep your caramels for longer, store wrapped caramels in an air-tight container( like a large zip-loc bag) for 6 months in the fridge, or

1 year in the freezer. Return caramels to room temperature before consumption.

Order soon for the Holidays!  Please note a date you will need for arrival during this busy time. During the holidays, orders ship 7-10 days after production. We're working hard to get your candy to you as quickly as possible! All orders are handmade to order, so expect a two day production time for standard sized orders.  Our cottage kitchen loves to produce big orders but they will take longer to make and package, so please be patient. Orders will be shipped USPS 2-day priority., and we will send a tracking number upon shipping. 

Orders going to separate addresses will need to be placed separately.

Yes, we do! We are happy to make up special orders with unique packaging for parties, gift giving and favors. Reach out!

Our caramels are gluten-free, however they do contain dairy.

Unfortunately we cannot take returns or offer refunds on candy orders. 

UGAR HOUSE CANDY small batch candy is produced in our fully licensed Cottage Food home kitchen. All food preparation, facility requirements, operational and packaging practices are followed by strict guidelines required by Sonoma County California Health Department/  Permit PR0029856.
